The project includes examples of usage for Semantic Kernel, Promptflow, LlamaIndex, LangChain, vector stores (Azure AI Search, CosmosDB Postgres pgvector, and generative image utilities such as DreamFusion and ControlNet. Additionally, it features fine-tuned foundation Models from AzureML such as Llama2 and Phi-2. This polyglot codebase relies on a multitude of microservices, implementing several use cases using our Copilot stack. emeltal
Emeltal is a local ML voice chat tool that uses high-end models to provide a self-contained, user-friendly out-of-the-box experience. It offers a hand-picked list of proven open-source high-performance models, aiming to provide the best model for each category/size combination. Emeltal heavily relies on the llama.cpp for LLM processing, and whisper.cpp for voice recognition. Text rendering uses Ink to convert between Markdown and HTML. It uses PopTimer for debouncing things. Emeltal is released under the terms of the MIT license, and all model data which is downloaded locally by the app comes from HuggingFace, and use of the models and data is subject to the respective license of each specific model.

R1-Searcher
R1-searcher is a tool designed to incentivize the search capability in large reasoning models (LRMs) via reinforcement learning. It enables LRMs to invoke web search and obtain external information during the reasoning process by utilizing a two-stage outcome-supervision reinforcement learning approach. The tool does not require instruction fine-tuning for cold start and is compatible with existing Base LLMs or Chat LLMs. It includes training code, inference code, model checkpoints, and a detailed technical report.

LLM-Assistant

The tool aims to provide voice access and more functions in the future. Current bugs include rare crashes. Setup involves cloning the repo to a virtual environment, installing requirements, downloading and placing LLM model in the model folder, and running main.py. Usage includes Assistant mode for general chat and calling functions like playing music, as well as Realtime mode for editing documents or replying to emails in real-time.

BESSER
BESSER is a low-modeling low-code open-source platform funded by an FNR Pearl grant. It is built on B-UML, a Python-based interpretation of a 'Universal Modeling Language'. Users can specify their software application using B-UML and generate executable code for various applications like Django models or SQLAlchemy-compatible database structures. BESSER is available on PyPi and can be installed with pip. It supports popular Python IDEs and encourages contributions from the community.

langchain_dart
LangChain.dart is a Dart port of the popular LangChain Python framework created by Harrison Chase. LangChain provides a set of ready-to-use components for working with language models and a standard interface for chaining them together to formulate more advanced use cases (e.g. chatbots, Q&A with RAG, agents, summarization, extraction, etc.). The components can be grouped into a few core modules: * **Model I/O:** LangChain offers a unified API for interacting with various LLM providers (e.g. OpenAI, Google, Mistral, Ollama, etc.), allowing developers to switch between them with ease. kaito
Kaito is an operator that automates the AI/ML inference model deployment in a Kubernetes cluster. Using Kaito, the workflow of onboarding large AI inference models in Kubernetes is largely simplified.

PyRIT
PyRIT is an open access automation framework designed to empower security professionals and ML engineers to red team foundation models and their applications. It automates AI Red Teaming tasks to allow operators to focus on more complicated and time-consuming tasks and can also identify security harms such as misuse (e.g., malware generation, jailbreaking), and privacy harms (e.g., identity theft). The goal is to allow researchers to have a baseline of how well their model and entire inference pipeline is doing against different harm categories and to be able to compare that baseline to future iterations of their model. This allows them to have empirical data on how well their model is doing today, and detect any degradation of performance based on future improvements.
