Awesome-LLM4EDA
LLM4EDA is a repository dedicated to showcasing the emerging progress in utilizing Large Language Models for Electronic Design Automation. The repository includes resources, papers, and tools that leverage LLMs to solve problems in EDA. It covers a wide range of applications such as knowledge acquisition, code generation, code analysis, verification, and large circuit models. The goal is to provide a comprehensive understanding of how LLMs can revolutionize the EDA industry by offering innovative solutions and new interaction paradigms.
ztachip
ztachip is a RISCV accelerator designed for vision and AI edge applications, offering up to 20-50x acceleration compared to non-accelerated RISCV implementations. It features an innovative tensor processor hardware to accelerate various vision tasks and TensorFlow AI models. ztachip introduces a new tensor programming paradigm for massive processing/data parallelism. The repository includes technical documentation, code structure, build procedures, and reference design examples for running vision/AI applications on FPGA devices. Users can build ztachip as a standalone executable or a micropython port, and run various AI/vision applications like image classification, object detection, edge detection, motion detection, and multi-tasking on supported hardware.
ByteMLPerf
ByteMLPerf is an AI Accelerator Benchmark that focuses on evaluating AI Accelerators from a practical production perspective, including the ease of use and versatility of software and hardware. Byte MLPerf has the following characteristics: - Models and runtime environments are more closely aligned with practical business use cases. - For ASIC hardware evaluation, besides evaluate performance and accuracy, it also measure metrics like compiler usability and coverage. - Performance and accuracy results obtained from testing on the open Model Zoo serve as reference metrics for evaluating ASIC hardware integration.
byteir
The ByteIR Project is a ByteDance model compilation solution. ByteIR includes compiler, runtime, and frontends, and provides an end-to-end model compilation solution. Although all ByteIR components (compiler/runtime/frontends) are together to provide an end-to-end solution, and all under the same umbrella of this repository, each component technically can perform independently. The name, ByteIR, comes from a legacy purpose internally. The ByteIR project is NOT an IR spec definition project. Instead, in most scenarios, ByteIR directly uses several upstream MLIR dialects and Google Mhlo. Most of ByteIR compiler passes are compatible with the selected upstream MLIR dialects and Google Mhlo.
algebraic-nnhw
This repository contains the source code for a GEMM & deep learning hardware accelerator system used to validate proposed systolic array hardware architectures implementing efficient matrix multiplication algorithms to increase performance-per-area limits of GEMM & AI accelerators. Achieved results include up to 3× faster CNN inference, >2× higher mults/multiplier/clock cycle, and low area with high clock frequency. The system is specialized for inference of non-sparse DNN models with fixed-point/quantized inputs, fully accelerating all DNN layers in hardware, and highly optimizing GEMM acceleration.
LazyLLM
LazyLLM is a low-code development tool for building complex AI applications with multiple agents. It assists developers in building AI applications at a low cost and continuously optimizing their performance. The tool provides a convenient workflow for application development and offers standard processes and tools for various stages of application development. Users can quickly prototype applications with LazyLLM, analyze bad cases with scenario task data, and iteratively optimize key components to enhance the overall application performance. LazyLLM aims to simplify the AI application development process and provide flexibility for both beginners and experts to create high-quality applications.
