Q:What is the Video resolution that I can upload?
A:To make your avatar you need to upload a 20 seconds video where you continuously say anything that you want. You can smile and move your eyes. Simply put, just be yourself. We highly recommend you upload a maximum resolution of 1080 p; the accepted video format is MP4 file format. And you should follow these steps to create your ideal avatar. -
Q:What is the video script length?
A:Once you have generated your avatar you can then give it a script which will make it say things which you can then see, hear and practice. The script length is a maximum of 225 characters and each script you can generate an avatar and download as a video. You can type your script directly into the OI Avatar platform -
Q:How long do I need to wait before seeing my video?
A:Once you have given yours script and have clicked generate avatar, it will complete producing your video. It will be ready to download within 5 minutes. You will receive an email with a link for downloading it once it is generated. -

A:You can use OI Avatar from Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. For the best experience, please use Google Chrome. -
